Pisces Tattoo Outline

my cousin requested a tattoo of koi fish swimming in the formation like a pisces symbol since she is a pisces. I understand that sometimes the fish should be flipped around but i have seen it in this form. She also wanted 7 floating cherry blossoms but I do not remember the reason.
